From the Bay, For the Bay, will run October 2-9, 2011, during which more than 200 restaurants (http://www.dnr.maryland.gov/fisheries/fromthebay/) across the Mid-Atlantic region will feature unique presentations of fresh Maryland Seafood. Each restaurant has agreed to donate $1 from every Maryland seafood dinner sold during the week to the Oyster Recovery Partnership, a non-profit organization working to rebuild the Chesapeake Bay's native oyster population.
