Thanks Frank and Trimmer.
Frank , June moon is usually good on Laurel....The 15th will be about 1st quarter or larger moon..... I usually fish worm or spinnerbait on darker night, but with a filling moon IS like the area aroun the dam for smallmouth and walleye.... Try points with a chartruese grub like a fat albert on a 1/4 ounce jig head....also a jerkbait like a rogue in clown or silver blue back......and if you hear fish blowing on the banks use a wake bait....
All the points from Grove back to Holly Bay hold walleye and brown fish. Good luck on those walleye !
I would chunk a spinnerbait in red and white or a red or junebug soft plastic in those trees and laps...... if I get down to the dam area I may run across you......It is just normal for me to be inthe river above flatwoods ramp......I just like the river bends and worm fishing for big largemouth....Good fishing....GOD BLESS
Heh Fish !!!
