Hey, its good to hear from you !! I can sympathise with you on the conditions. Just when the river was getting into the kind of shape I wanted to see we had those storms roll in. Water is high and difficult to fish. I was out of town on the really good days. It was killing me you know. If the rain will stop I think I'll give the trout a shot just so I won't forget which end of the rod points towards the water. And to make matters worse I had to open my big mouth and call Scott out on a challenge. You probably read the post where I said my goal was to spend more time on the water than he does. I think Scott put a hex on me because everything else lately has messed with my schedule when I should have been fishing. I've been wearing garlic around my neck and holding a silver bullet under my tongue to ward off any evil spirits. How do I know the spirits are evil you might say. Well, anything that would mess up a guys fishing couldn't be anything else but evil.
Corps of Engineers - Greenup pool = 41 feet compared to my post four days ago at 17 feet
Good luck to you and don't stay away so long.
